An important element when designing the successful Project, Endowment or Capital Campaign (typically in the $1M to $300M range), is the branded FOLDERING SYSTEM. The Clemons-Associates team has used this tool with the last 35+ clients to engage and educate prospective donors and improve YES rate in procuring campaign gifts.

Typically, the FOLDERING SYSTEM is a tiered collateral piece and ‘nestles’ the branded PLEDGE CARD sequentially behind campaign elements like the VISION, STORY, VALUES, CASE FOR SUPPORT, VISUAL RENDERINGS, NAMING OPPS, THE TEAM and LETTER from the CHAIRMAN.
